What exactly happens after ordering?

For smaller items such as Range Hoods or Cooktops your order will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. For our large Appliances, you will be contacted by our assigned Freight Carrier to arrange a delivery appointment.

Can I pickup my order at one of your warehouse locations?

We will not be responsible for any damages after the items leave our warehouse.
